Returns Policy

We guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the original purchase date. You will be refunded the purchase price plus any additional taxes that you paid.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless the reason for return is due to a defective or incorrect product shipment.

Steps to follow:

1. Contact Smart Yard Products at sales@sypoftx.com

a. Provide name, date, and contact information (including phone number and email) of the person that made the original purchase.

b. Provide specific details of the reason/s for return. Pictures are very helpful as well.

2. Smart Yard Products will contact you within 5 business days and provide Return Authorization information, including how to ship the product return.

3. Within 10 business days of receiving the returned products, Smart Yard Products will inspect/review the returned product and issue appropriate credit in the same form as the original purchase. Gift orders will be refunded to the original purchaser.

Note: Allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
